Defensive CSS

About this presentation

CSS has developed so much over the past few years. We have Flexbox, grid, and container queries (soon). Having said that, CSS allows you to build any layout you want. Unfortunately, we still don't care too much about preventing CSS issues upfront. Ahmad will discuss defensive CSS, a term he coined to describe CSS that is future-proof and defensive. As a result, we can prevent or at least reduce layout issues. Moreover, designers can use the defensive concept to design components that account for some edge cases.
