Being the nice guy with the bad news

<p>I am a leader with a lot of empathy. Whilst this gives me a great advantage in building trust with my teams it has the disadvantage of making it hard to give direct and sometime negative feedback. This talk is about the journey I've been on to tap into my empathy to be more direct in the feedback I give.</p>
